Shipping and delivery policy

We sell access codes for the SQL Playground, an online service. They are delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, the code appears on screen and is filled in on the sign-up form for you.
• Within a few minutes, we email it with your GST tax invoice to the email address you gave at checkout.
• A code for one person works only with that email address. A group code can be shared with the people it was bought for, as set out in the terms of service.
• Each person's 3 months of access start when they create their account with the code, or add it to an account they already have.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email hasn't arrived within an hour of paying, write to help@kdvtutors.org with the Razorpay payment ID and the email address you paid with, and we will send the code again.

The playground works in any modern web browser. Codes are priced and paid for in Indian rupees, through Razorpay. The service is provided from India.
